Lead UX Designer (2018 - 2022)
Actively work with technical product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that our users in the Customer Management, Analytics and Data business segments are receiving the best and most consistent experience possible.
•Create wireframes and prototypes for products across the platform
•Promote and execute UX design standards to ensure consistency across platform portfolio
•Research and utilize personas to map out end to end customer experience journeys, workflows and screen flows
Repository
The Repository is a capability where a user can store Assets and Runtime Components Entities, view the list of assets stored, see asset version history and more.
Data Designer
The Data Designer redesign project was a UI overhaul of an application where users can manage the data structures that they want to feed data into otherFICO decisioning services.
Data Flow
The Data Flow initiative was primarily for creating an orchestration application specifically for showing how data streams are set up and transformed in order to be consumed by internal FICO products
